These terms constitute the legal agreement between you and NEXO64H. They govern the use of all services, including the creation of threads, replies, file uploads, and any interaction within the community. Our goal is to offer a free but responsible space within the Spanish and European legal framework.

The most distinctive feature of NEXO64H is its ephemeral nature. All content you post — threads, replies, images, videos, and metadata — is automatically and irreversibly deleted after 64 hours of inactivity on the thread.

• The counter resets with each new reply or interaction.
• No backups, archives, or logs of deleted content are kept.
• This expiration is intentional and ensures nothing remains permanently associated with you or your IP.
• If you wish to keep something, you must save it yourself before it expires.

You are fully responsible for all content you post on NEXO64H. The platform acts solely as a neutral intermediary and does not endorse, moderate, or control user-generated content. We are not responsible for the opinions expressed or any possible damages arising from them.

By posting, you warrant that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. In the event of legal claims, you will be solely responsible for responding to the authorities.

We support maximum freedom of expression, but we must comply with Spanish and European legislation. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to post content that falls into the following categories:

1. Child sexual exploitation material (CSEM/CSAM) or any content involving minors in an unlawful manner.
2. Direct incitement to physical violence, terrorism, or the commission of serious crimes.
3. Doxxing or malicious disclosure of third-party personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
4. Spam, flooding, technical attacks (DDoS, etc.) or any activity that degrades the service.

Everything else is allowed: strong political opinions, criticism of governments, corporations, public figures, satire, NSFW content, conspiracy theories, debates on censorship, and any other topic not on the above list. We firmly believe in open debate and the right to dissent.

• 15-second cooldown between posts and replies (to prevent spam).
• Limit of 200,000 characters per post.
• Maximum 10 hashtags per post, each with a limit of 25 characters.
• Allowed file types: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, and MP3. Maximum total size per post: 100 MB.
• External links open in a new tab for security.

At NEXO64H, privacy is our top priority. We have designed the system to collect the minimum information possible and do not store anything that could personally identify users permanently.

• IP address → used exclusively to show the country flag, count unique views, and anti-spam protection.
• A per-thread user hash (so you look the same only within that thread, with no possibility of tracking you across threads).

1. Email, real name, phone number, or any account data.
2. Tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party trackers.
4. Browsing history outside NEXO64H.

All data is deleted along with the thread after 64 hours. We do not make backups, archives, or perpetual logs. You can be sure that your time on NEXO64H is completely ephemeral.

As a user of NEXO64H, you have the following rights, under GDPR and LOPDGDD:

1. Right of access: you can request what data we keep about you (we only store IP and hash, which are deleted after 64h).
2. Right of rectification: since there are no accounts, there is no data to rectify.
3. Right of erasure: you can request early deletion of your posts (though they are automatically deleted anyway).
4. Right of objection: you can object to the processing of your IP for statistical or security purposes, although this would limit some functionalities.

If you find content you consider illegal (within the prohibited categories of section 3), you can report it using the "Report" button available on each post. You can also send an email to nexo64h@gmail.com with the subject "REPORT" and the exact link to the content. We commit to reviewing and, if applicable, removing the content within a maximum of 48 hours.

All reports are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties, unless required by law.

NEXO64H is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, nor the absence of errors or vulnerabilities.

We are not responsible for:

• Content posted by users, including its truthfulness, legality, or suitability.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform (loss of data, reputational damage, etc.).
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (DDoS attacks, network failures, etc.).

Our total liability, in any case, shall never exceed €50.

You agree to defend and indemnify NEXO64H and its operators against any claims, demands, legal costs, or damages arising from your use of the site or the content you post. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for defamation, copyright infringement, or breach of these rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, or functional changes. The latest version will always be available at /terms. Continued use of NEXO64H after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
